How our process works
Every project starts with a conversation and basic measurements. We’ll ask about your flooring type, timeline, and budget, and then recommend the best way to install your material.
On installation day, we arrive on time, protect existing finishes, and keep the work area organized from start to finish.
Can you install flooring that I already purchased?
Yes. We are happy to install material you’ve purchased, as long as it’s appropriate for the space and in good condition. We can also look over your order to make sure you have enough material and trims.
How long does installation usually take?
Smaller projects (600–800 sq.ft.) often take 1–2 days. Larger or more complex jobs may require additional time for prep, leveling, or baseboards. We’ll give you a realistic timeline before we start.
Do you handle subfloor preparation?
Yes. We always check the subfloor for flatness and structural issues. If needed, we can perform grinding, patching, or self-leveling to meet the requirements of your flooring product.
